GoDaddy is in serious trouble after allowing someone to register the infamous Michael Jackson Online Casino through them and now it could be liable to pay the $100 million lawsuit.

Howard Mann filed the lawsuit against the company citing the use of his photos on the website used for online gambling. The owner of the website is so far unknown.

Mann filed the lawsuit against both GoDaddy.com and the unknown website owner citing that GoDaddy allowed the mystery owner to use their site for registration. He also hopes to find the identity of the person behind the website through the website.

For now, he’s seeking $100 million from both the owner and Godaddy in damages.

A $100 million war has erupted over the unauthorized Michael Jackson online casino — and now GoDaddy.com could be on the hook for allowing the casino owner to register the site with them.

GoDaddy representatives said they are not aware of the lawsuit but will defend themselves in court if necessary.
