It seems that the divorce case between singer Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman won’t be settled without some drama. Emerging rumors have stated that Aguilera’s attorney is unhappy with the case’s judge and wants a new one to handle it.

The case was originally to be presided over by Justice Elia Weinbach of the LA Country Superior Court but Aguilera’s attorney has requested that the judge be debarred from hearing the case. There’s however no additional information on the new developments in the case.

Aguilera confirmed a few days ago that she was splitting from Bratman after a 5 year marriage in which they conceived a kid. The singer told Redbook mag that she has been in deep sorrow over the developments in her marriage and she was relying on her mother and close circle of friends to help her out in these difficult times.
