Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller

Charlie Sheen was very disloyal to Brooke Mueller according to statements by her attorney Sorrell Trope in an interview with TMZ.

The lawyer revealed that the couple agreed on how to share their properties far back in May and the terms of the deal included them staying officially married for another year. Trope revealed that the only reason why his client signed the agreement was because she wanted to protect Sheen who had been charged in court for physically abusing Brooke in Aspen at that period.

Trope stated that Sheen had shown lack of respect for Brooke for asking for a divorce from a judge without her knowledge and the most demeaning thing is the fact that Brooke helped Sheen throughout his drunken escapade last week.

The lawyer also revealed that Sheen stated in his divorce application that he was the custodian of his two children with Brooke which is far from the truth because the actress has been the kids’ custodian.

Mark Burg who manages Sheen revealed in an interview with TMZ that the actor tried his best to get into contact with his estranged wife before his divorce application and even sent her a voice mail when he couldn’t reach her phone.

Burg also blasted Trope for making noise about the divorce which he claims got worked out completely by the couple half a year ago.

Burg also stated that everyone should be worried about the couple’s children more than anything.
