Verizon iphone

There have been lots of speculation about the Verizon version of the iphone coming onto the market and a Bloomberg stated not too long ago the new version of the iphone will be available on the market in the beginning of next year. Without the iphone, Motorola manufactured Android based phones have been the top selling phone on Verizon and with the attractiveness of the iphone, we are all anxious to see the performance of Motorola when the Verizon iphone finally becomes available.

Mark McKechnie, a phone expert with Gleacher & Co. stated that many people are scared of the prospects of Motorola’s phones when the iphone becomes available on Verizon as the network carrier is responsible for a major boost in Motorola’s smartphones. He said even though he understood those fears, the availability of the iphone will not have a huge impact on Motorola as the phone giant will continue to survive the iphone’s competition. Motorola will also account for any decline in demand from the US by selling more phones in other foreign countries such as China. The phone giant has already released three new phones on the Chinese market as noted by McKechnie.

Brian Marshall, an Apple expert with Gleacher& Co. stated that he’s sure the Verizon iphone will be available on the market between January and March next year. He anticipates that about 11.5 million Verizon iphones will be sold next year. McKechnie also stated that he foresees AT&T introducing some Android based smartphones on the market to make up for the release of the iphone to other US carriers.

Verizon iphone will also have major competition from rival US carriers such as Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile who will undoubtedly try to release other innovative smartphones on the market to fight the iphone boot for boot.
